Key Account Manager

Fast-track your career in our hybrid team working directly with progressive leaders in tech start-ups, enterprises and game production worldwide. You will be working with some of the leading global tech enterprises as well as venture capital backed tech startups, ensuring that they get the tools and processes in place to dramatically improve their performance. In addition, you will be working with the most famous game studios and publishers on their journey to produce more fun and successful games.

You will make sure that our customers get the full benefits of the Favro platform and expand and grow their engagements with us.

Your responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train users to take full advantage of the platform and build champions within our customers.
  • Handle and resolve objections from customers raised in online and in-person meetings.
  • Identify expansion opportunities with our customers and ensure they are successfully closed.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of customer health and renewal pipelines. Manage that reports to executive leadership are clear and up-to-date.

Skills and experience we believe you have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in key account management, business development or sales. Maybe you have been in the supporting role to a brilliant key account manager and are now ready to step into this role yourself.
  • You are interested in and savvy with new technologies. Probably you love playing computer games.
  • Ability to rapidly build strong relationships online and in-person.
  • Be able to understand what the customer needs and react to verbal and non-verbal cues
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in organizational psychology.
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish. Ability to get stuff done on time with high quality.
  • Proficient spoken and written English.
